Every call centers practice different kind of services some company set their own benchmark while some like to follow globally set benchmark however everything depends on the size and strength and the resources of the call centers.</p>
<p>Call customer center service in no company has reached the mark of Excellency and however it is difficult for any company to reach so. But still many call centers follow various customer service practices to withstand competition and invest lots of money and resources for the same. Practical experience is a biggest source for customer service practices.</p>
<p>Survey tools are available for service practices but most preferred is primary data and that is interviews which help in following standard practices. <p>Customer call center is basically part of inbound call centers where customers comes up with problems regarding the product and we have agent sitting on other end to solve the problem. Now here in the customer call center agents are need to be trained properly not only with the knowledge of product but also with the way of speaking and other basic communication knowledge.</p>
<p>Interacting with customer is a basic function of customer call centers and that to at constant point that&#8217;s the reason this service industry runs 365 days a week and 24 hrs round the clock and we have number of agents working for the same.</p>
<p>It is very important for any company to maintain customers or say to have loyal customers but customer call centers do it all. <p>Call centers furniture is one of the important sources to keep the ambience lively as well as to keep people lively for work. As the work atmosphere is of fun with odd timings what should reflect in furniture is bright colors. So if also there is night outside the staff working inside should feel as if it is a day and lots of work is to be done with enthusiasm.</p>
<p>Furniture of call centers is like a cubical kind as there are 100s of agents sitting to make and take calls also what&#8217;s the part of furniture is a working desk which should be spacious and the chair for sitting is very important as the job includes sitting at one place for 8-9 hrs so the chair must be designed in such a way that one shouldn&#8217;t suffer from back pain neither should feel sleepy.</p>

<p>India is economically one of the developing country and have a problem of unemployment and call center industry is helping to lessen it up to some extent because all that is needed in call center is fluency of language irrespective of education however these days the criteria&#8217;s are been changed. What call centers are looking for is experienced people will fast learning skill.</p>
<p>Call centers work like a corporate company hence it provides many other things beside basic salary also every call center has different sources for people to get attracted towards their companies. India is considered to be one of the largest markets for call center industry and few of the reasons why India is one of the markets is because of population, large English speaking population and very important is cheap labor.</p>
<p>Call center can be inbound as well as outbound here outbound refers to sales and inbound refers to customer services and the working hour for it is 24 hrs* 7days for 365 days. Odd working hours is the only disadvantage in this industry but the ambience and the services and facilities provided by this industry covers it all. India to day is growing in call center industry and will grow in future also if taken as one of the serious profession.</p>
<p>Cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad are more surrounded by call centers as the resources are available on large scale in these cities. Other cities are also developing call centers but somehow companies are little scared to make investment in other cities because they are not sure if working culture will be easily adapted by the people out over there.</p>
